The room we booked was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned with a view. The location was incredible right at the Serrano river. Besides, it was close enough to hikes on the W trek, the amazing Torres del Paine, and the park entrance.

The location was fantastic, near Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. The hotel is on the banks of a glacier-fed river with an amazing front-row view of the Torres del Paine mountains.

The room was modern, with central heating, a work desk, and a seating area. the breakfast was rich with sausages and sweet dishes. the staff was nice and personable. the daily service was friendly.

The staff was very helpful and very accommodating, for example, when it came to adjusting breakfast time. The rooms offer breathtaking views of the heart of the National park.

Food was slightly overpriced, even taking into account the problems of transportation in this region of the country. I would have preferred ordinary blankets in bed.

Room overlooking and within earshot of the compressors that ran all night. In the evening à la card eating only possible from the buffet, but only one meat dish with a side dish of 2 possibilities each may be chosen. . Wifi deficient. In the hotel next door, which we had the following night, the internet was much better. The price-performance ratio is poor.
